Rules of Operation:
Outlaw Square Open Vendor Market is where vendors sell their products, crafts, multi-level marketing goods, baked goods, directly to consumers. Outlaw Square manages the event. Location of the is 703 Main Street, Deadwood, SD. Vendors must obtain a current year South Dakota state sales tax license and have to be covered by their own insurance policy. If vendor is unable to provide insurance, then they must sign a waiver releasing Outlaw Square, Deadwood Chamber of Commerce and City of Deadwood from any liability in case of loss or damage to their items while at Outlaw Square.
Sale of all items must be in compliance with any and all applicable South Dakota State laws and City of Deadwood Ordinances. All items must be clearly marked showing prices in full view of customers. Signage should be limited to the allotted space. Vendors must furnish their own tables, chairs, and display equipment. Any baked good vendors are responsible for
transporting and displaying food items with adequate labeling and protection against contamination. All tables and display areas must be kept clean at all times. Vendors are responsible for and must remove all waste, garbage or refuse from their space after the market closes.
Liability: Outlaw Square, Deadwood Chamber of Commerce and City of Deadwood are not responsible for the theft or damage of property or equipment on craft fair premises.
Payment is due upon approval arrival.
Market times are from 12 pm until 7 pm on dates listed
*Load in between 11 am and 12 pm on date listed
**Parking – paid parking in History & Information lot OR Free parking in Sherman Street lot next to First Interstate Bank – Outlaw Square will shuttle those from their vehicles to the square and back when departing.
